Bloom & Release: Spring Tea + Sound Bath

Join us for a peaceful spring gathering centered on release, renewal, and deep relaxation. This special Tea and Sound Bath experience begins with a ceremonial cup of Blue Lotus tea, a sacred flower traditionally used to promote meditation, calm the mind, relieve stress, and uplift the mood.

Together, we will take a moment in community for each participant to share something they wish to release--something that no longer serves them--as we welcome the fresh energy of the new season.

From there, you'll be gently guided into a grounding breath work practice to help relax the body, quiet the mind, and prepare for deeper restoration. The evening will then flow into an immersive sound bath, where soothing vibrations will support emotional release, deep reset, and energetic reset.
